Your parcel will be left in a secure place, please ensure you are available upon delivery if possible. The buyer holds all responsibility for stolen, or lost delivery as a result of input of wrong shipment information. Please verify your shipping address is correct before confirming your order. Once you have placed your order, you are committing to the sale and declaring that all information entered including the shipping address is correct.
PROCESSING TIMES
Orders can take up to 2-4 business days to be processed before shipment.
Any possible shipping fees, taxes and duties applicable to your order may be applied by customs and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days. We strive to get our products to you ASAP.
PRE ORDERS
We are obsessed with quality and are only making our products in smaller batches to ensure we get everything just right for you. Occasionally we may offer some of our new or out of stock products on "Pre Order" basis. This allows our regular customers to be first in line for shipping as soon as inventory is available. In this instance, shipping and delivery times may be a bit longer than usual. We appreciate your patience, the upside is, guaranteed first in line for shipping and you don't have to worry about having to wait if we run out of stock.
UNEXPECTED DELAYS
Certain events such as pandemics, major holidays, inclement weather etc., may cause actual delivery to take longer than the shipping times stated here. Delays imposed by external factors, and the shipping carriers are beyond our control, and we cannot be held responsible for this. We reserve the right to extend delivery time in any events out of our control.
